  My name is Richard Lenoir..I live in the big city of Paris Tx. I am 41 years old and work in sales. I got into radio as a kid listening to shortwave..I got my ham license in the early 90's(no code tech) and then passed a 5wpm code test..I used to run alot of VHF and 10 meters...I did get out of radio for several years but in the later part of 2004 I bought a house and put up a couple of antennas and once again the Ham bug bit...I took the general test and passed in December 2004 . On June 25,2005 I passed the Extra class exam. I really enjoy hf, you can catch me on all bands from 160 meters to 70 cm...I still like to do some shortwave listening.. 

July 20th 2007 I got married to the best girl in the world Christy N5RDJ. I love that girl! I also love live funky Texas blues, old classic country music, classic rock "Maco" my dog (she's 19 years old), Ham radio,   and the beach. I like to ragchew and chase DX on HF. I do some light contesting and some VHF and UHF FM when the mood strikes. There hasn't been much time for radio lately but I do get on when I can.

2-25-2009 After almost 3 years in wholesale trailer sales with North American Cargo a div of Load Trail,  I have been I have been laid off. The plant is closing. I am looking for another sales job. If you know of anything out there in sales, marketing or finance please let me know. I have close to 15 years of sales experience, retail, wholesale, BTB, and auto finance. I have a resume ready to go!

On July 7 2008 we welcomed the newest addition to our family... Ruby Jack Lenoir weighed 8 lbs 5 oz and was 20 inches long.. It was a real miracle to witness and she is the prettiest thing I have ever seen. She is already studying for the technician  test and is already scoring close to 70 percent Meet her now !! Click.

Its aluminum with a PHD !! 12 elements, the longest 37 feet all optimized on a 30 foot boom!!!No moving parts, one feedline, big gain, almost flat swr across 10-12-15-17 and 20 meters. It is a first call, pile up buster!!!This thing really works!!! If you ever get a chance you have to get a tennadyne product! They are the best by far, especially if you live on a city lot or have restricted space.
