Changes

I saw my baby girl fall asleep twice in the same day.... Why is that such a big deal, some may ask. Well, It was just bittersweet to me. I saw Ruby Jack's dozing eyes and then the final blink and big breath just before sleep just took over her. Especially after the second time I realized how much I had been missing. Not with just Ruby Jack, but with my other children too. It was a sad and happy moment mixed all together.

I recently changed my job schedule around so that I could start a new career that I have wanted to do for a very long time. I am now a certified record promoter!! To be certified...you just have to know the right people, get your foot in the door and then pretend you know what you are doing!! lol. I had worked on the other end of this job for about eight years. I was a music director at the radio station and record promoters would call me once a week to check on certain artist and try to get you play their songs. I always thought...well I can do that. So I finally found an outlet and now I'm working allot from home. Its fun work and it keeps me close to my passion...music! I'm still on k95.5 mid-days from 9:30 to 3 but I go in early each morning and record it.

So...I started keeping Ruby Jack at home with me a couple of days a week. It's been great to be able to have more time with her since it seems like she changes every minute.
